Terms and conditions

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that our programme is carried out as advertised, Cottingham Folk festival reserves the right to alter the line-up at short notice.


Tickets are non-transferable.
Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at the venue box office. No re-admission on ticket.

The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event.
Cottingham Folk Festival will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.


The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for unreasonable, abusive or dangerous behaviour. The festival operates a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff and volunteers.
You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving.


Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration to the advertised programme or by special exception determined by Cottingham Folk Festival.


The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss/damage of any property.
