Lucy May Walker

Lucy May Walker is a folk-pop Singer/Songwriter with not just a story to tell, but an emotion to convey. She has enjoyed numerous spotlights on national radio including plays across the BBC network on Radio 2, 5Live and on Introducing.

Her debut album ‘Nothing Ever Stays the Same’ was released in March 2023, and covers themes of love, loss, and separation. It’s an anthem for anyone who has experienced those emotions on the pathway to adulthood.

It all started when her debut EP ‘Heartbreak Songs’ received national attention after a chance meeting with BBC Radio 2 host Jeremy Vine. The presenter spotted her busking in London and invited Lucy onto his show to play two original songs. Vine described Lucy as “just brilliant” on a show listened to by more than 7 million people.

Lucy May has sold out headline shows across the UK and has supported the likes of Wet Wet Wet, Texas, Tony Hadley, Tom Speight, Nerina Pallot and Lucy Spraggan. She has also played at festivals including Isle of Wight and The Big Feastival.
