Cottingham is located midway between the city of Hull (UK City of Culture 2017) and the historic East Yorkshire market town of Beverley, and is reputed to be the largest village in England.

Concerts take place indoors at The Civic Hall and St Mary's Church in Cottingham village centre.

If you booked direct through our website using Eventbrite your ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address you gave upon purchase. Please check your Spam folder in the first instance, and then if you still can’t find the email contact Eventbrite direct who will be happy to help.

If you bought your tickets via SEE you will need to take up your query with them.

Providing tickets have not sold out in advance they will be available to buy online throughout the festival, and on the door. Cash only please.

A small amount of weekend tickets are available. These grant access to ALL the concerts in both venues, allowing purchasers to come and go as they please.

Aside from the all seated Eddi Reader and Barbara Dickson concerts, all the other events are primarily standing affairs. Only a small amount of seating will be available, allocated on a first come first served basis. Please get in touch in an advance should you have any special requirements.

Absolutely, though under 14’s should be accompanied by an adult at all times and will require a ticket.

Everyone attending will need to buy a ticket. As a very small family run event we aren't in a financial position to offer companion tickets.

There are three main car parks in Cottingham - on Market Green (directly in front of The Civic Hall) on King Street (adjacent to the Co-operative Supermarket) and on King Street (behind Heron Foods). No charges are made for using these car parks, and there are no restrictions after 6pm. On-street parking is available throughout the village, but some areas have time restrictions. All cars are left at owners risk.

The Civic Hall has a fully stocked bar serving a mixture of beers, lager, cider, spirits, ales and soft drinks. This year, for the first time, St Mary's Church will also be operating a can bar, as well as offering hot drinks. Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring your own drinks into the venues.

All tickets are non-refundable.

The 2024 event is now fully programmed. We’ll start looking at acts for 2025 later in the year.
